Oliver Rapson

Acting National Managing Director

With over 16 years of digital experience from both agency and client side, Oliver has experience across a broad portfolio of verticals. His career began client side in 2000 at Memorisethis, an ambitious online start up. Since then he moved agency side, contributing to the success of leading independent agencies such as Unique Digital and Steak in London.

Oliver transferred to Steak Melbourne in 2009 assuming the role of Managing Director. With his guidance and wealth of experience, Steak Australia grew into a competitive agency in the Australian landscape. Over the next 5 years Steak joined forces with some of Australia’s most influential high-street brands, taking home the top prize in the 2012 Marketing Excellence Awards.

In June 2014, just after the Dentsu and Aegis merger, Steak joined iProspect in a move which saw Oliver take over as GM for the now much larger iProspect Melbourne. Since then he progressed to General Manager of Business Performance across iProspect in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, along with General Manager of Business Performance for Scorch, an iProspect subsidiary, to now Acting National Managing Director. 

As acting National Managing Director, Oliver plays a critical role not only in leading and growing iProspect, but also in shaping the broader Dentsu Aegis Network in this market.
