What your typical day will look like:

As the Programmatic Manager, you will define and develop effective digital strategies, partnering with our clients to drive transformative business outcomes. You will play a key role in leading and developing up and coming talent, managing the day to day work flow and providing training and development across all areas of programmatic.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Become an extension of the clients business and think about how we can apply our Consumer Driven, Data Led proposition to drive transformative business outcomes
  • Be at the forefront of Data Strategy – responsible for understanding how we can leverage the right technology and data partnerships to be able to connect data sets, thereby creating highly personalised messaging at scale
  • Be at the forefront of Programmatic Media Strategy by having an unrivaled knowledge of offering a relevant and consistent experience across the different experience touch points
  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business
  • Nurture and develop the up and coming talent at dentsu, providing a supportive and positive learning environment to allow for each individual to grow

A bit about you:

  • First and foremost we are looking for technically sound Leaders who are keen to impart their knowledge onto our Junior team members, training and developing their skill sets
  • 3+ years experience working within in a programmatic role & a strong ability to build out client strategy & successful deliver on campaigns
  • Experience working across Programmatic tools & platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk DSPs
