Role Overview: 
 

It is the Digital Strategist’s responsibility to define and develop effective digital strategies that will ensure we are a critical marketing partner for our clients, driving transformative business outcomes. 

The Digital Strategist needs to drive our customer driven, data led approach. This involves shaping highly relevant experiences for consumers by leveraging both the creative and data led capabilities of our teams across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display

Responsibilities :
 

Strategic Leadership

Become an extension of the clients business and how we can apply our Consumer Driven, Data Led proposition to drive transformative business outcomes:

  • Be at the forefront of Consumer Strategy - rigorously focused on understanding consumers questions to create meaningful connections and experiences in the moments that matter
  •  Be at the forefront of Data Strategy – responsible for understanding how we can leverage the right technology and data partnerships to be able to connect disparate data sets, thereby creating highly personalised messaging at scale
  • Be at the forefront of Paid Media Strategy by having an unrivaled knowledge of offering a relevant and consistent experience across the different paid media touch points  specifically display and social

Client Leadership

  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business
  • Work to understand your client’s pressures and internal demands to ensure iProspect provides the right response at the right time in the right manner
  • Use your personal passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clients
  • Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings

Executional Leadership 

  • Implementation: Each campaign will be implemented in line with iProspect’s tried and tested Paid Media best practice guidelines and based on a client’s target audience to best drive their goals and objectives.
  • Measurement: Work with your clients to determine and identify which business metrics will be used to determine campaign success. Monitor and report these throughout the campaign and deliver insights and recommendations to improve, not only, current campaign performance but to help to inform future client campaigns
  • Optimisation: develop a consistent test and learn culture with clients to optimise each campaign and deliver best in class results for them. As part of this process you will be empowered to explore opportunities to include Client’s campaigns in any partner Alpha/Beta/Pilot programs that align to the clients business objectives.

  • Develop the skills and knowledge of the team through mentoring, supervision and providing continual feedback on performance
  • Identify opportunities for your team to take ownership of tasks or projects – under your supervision – to aid in their development; give adequate room for them to grow within their roles and beyond
  • Actively develop iProspect as an enjoyable and extraordinary place for staff to work and for clients to engage with

To qualify for this role, you must tick the boxes on the following: 

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a digital performance specifically display and social with evidence of key achievements
  • Proven client management experience and successful Paid Media delivery
  • You have evidence of building out a client strategy, as well as successful delivery of campaign
  • Superior knowledge of Paid Media tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with advanced problem solving skills and robust judgement
  • Proactive, and takes ownership of work
