What your typical day will look like:

  • Partnering with clients to identify SEO best practice in order to analyse business commercial outcomes. This is inclusive of identifying new growth strategies for the client, understanding business requirements and specifications.
  • Identify inefficiencies in client practices and website build and provide optimal recommendations aligned to SEO best practices to reach optimal business decisions.
  • Plan, manage and apply digital projects using different project management, principles and techniques to develop project plans
  • Apply a project management mentality to partner with the client to develop SEO strategy and ensure there is sufficient resources within the team to meet the client objectives and targeted delivery timelines.
  • Documenting and formulating business requirements in the form of Scope document, BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FDD (Functional Design Document)
  • Creating project plans, tracking resource allocation, cost and associated timelines through project management tools
  • Create training documentation for Associates and Executives on the team and roll-out training programs for the wider team across the full-suite of SEO activity. Provide training to client teams on best practice SEO.

A bit about you:

  • Previous experience working within SEO and an ability to conduct quality assurance of SEO deployments
  • You are keen to act as a key contact for the client and source of information across all items pertaining to SEO activities.
  • Ability to establish excellent relationships with senior clients and leaders whereby they seek and trust your expertise and opinions as a valued partner.
  • Provide clear guidance in terms of all recommendations when applying SEO best practices, in order to allow the client to make informed decisions in terms of their website optimisation strategy.
  • Create documentation including sample code for developer teams for technical fixes of client websites.
