What your typical day will look like:

Due to growth, we are on the lookout for a Client Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role would be taking a lead on one our Tier 1, premiere account, Nintendo! You will play a key role supporting the strategy and execution of deliverables across, specifically taking accountability for the media planning outputs for a client including the media plan, implementation & recommendation in line with the media strategy.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Act as a key point of contact for day to day communications with clients, effectively running the media response and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure client expectations are managed and media delivery performance is clearly communicated
  • Take ownership of the media planning outputs for the account, including the media plan ad supporting the implementation and recommendation inline with the strategy
  • We have some incredibly talented Junior members in our team and working alongside our Director, we want your support in helping them grow!
  • Support the Director in accurate forecasting media billings by channel and provide insight through data

A bit about you:

  • Previous experience in an online and offline media planning and implementation role, from end to end including optimizations and post campaign reporting
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Australian Media market place and a keen interest in exploring new media and digital platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with agencies & media owners
  • A broad understanding and experience with technology platforms that support the media industry
  • Strong experience working across a diverse range of media platforms
