As the Digital Performance Manager you will be working across a market leading tier one brand within the finance industry. At its core, the Digital Performance Manager is responsible for client planning, strategy and tactics, collaborating with the Digital Performance Director and Digital Performance Executive to execute world-class campaigns that drive performance in innovative and meaningful ways.
What's in it for you?
We could harp on all day about how proud we are that iProspect is the world's leading digital performance agency with a truly global footprint or that we work with world-renowned blue chip brands. We could talk about our scale with over 4,000 digital experts in 53 countries, and that no other agency comes close to offering its people the opportunity to work with our peers from all around the world. We could highlight our work perks, competitive salaries, flexi time, summer/winter warmers and the many varied and sometimes-salubrious happenings within our team culture (beyond the ubiquitous Friday drinks).
To be frank though, you're probably more interested in where this role can take you, and rightfully so. We hire people, not numbers. If you're talented, passionate and genuinely interested in making your mark, your timing couldn't be better. Your input will be pivotal to the continued growth of the paid media offering, and effort is always rewarded with opportunity.
What's lacking in traditional paid media roles these days is the opportunity to stand out and affect change. Too many agencies are carrying out the same activities, processes and strategies day in, day out which struggles to move the needle. Try us, you might be surprised how we work at iProspect and how much we like to test and learn with clients. Like a moth to a butterfly, or chili to tacos, the paid media wing at this agency is experiencing rapid growth and requires a strategic minded, team player to join the Melbourne team. Become part of this exciting next chapter as you strategically help shape the digital world around you within a fun and energised culture. We may not save lives, but we sure enhance them.
As Digital Performance Manager, your days will be spent across a large variety of different projects from implementation, strategy, cross-channel collaboration, client education, managing executives and analysts, brainstorming with other teams and more. Suffice to say, no two days will be the same. Time management, prioritisation and relationship management skills are essential in this role in order to achieve market leading levels of client satisfaction.
We're a diverse culture of skilled digital natives, united with a genuine passion for getting the most out of our work and life. We invite you to add your stamp. Say hi!
