MIAMI - Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the acquisition of highly-awarded digital and performance marketing agency, M8. Headquartered in Miami, M8 will act as a launching pad for U.S.-based clients into Latin America, while also continuing its growth serving the U.S. Multicultural and Hispanic markets. Following the acquisition, M8 will align under iProspect, the world’s leading performance marketing agency, strengthening the agency’s pan-regional reach. M8 will maintain its highly creative and entrepreneurial spirit, further powered by iProspect’s regional and global network of 4,300 digital marketing pioneers.
M8 offers digital advertising services, including digital strategy, brand consulting, creative development, content creation, paid, owned, and earned media distribution, search marketing, social media, application development, and data analytics. The agency’s 84-person team is split across offices in Miami and Cordoba, Argentina.
