Hernán started working at Carat in 2011, to be in charge of the social media strategy for Nokia Argentina. After developing his knowledge in the digital media arena, he leaded the Social Media department at iProspect, where he built teams of Community Managers, Content Developers, Paid Social analysts and Social Listeners. 

Since May 2014 he´s been responsible of the entire iProspect operation in Argentina, managing the SEO, Performance Display, Search, AdOps, Social Media and Data & Insights teams. He´s experience as New Business assistant in advertising agencies in Rosario showcase his commercial profile, and his entrepreneur spirit when he managed his own creative agency.
