Digital Performance Executive

We are seeking a motivated and talented Digital Performance Executive responsible for building and optimizing paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, reporting and other account optimization requirements, while reporting to a Digital Performance Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing the paid search & paid social accounts
  • Campaign implementation, maintenance, and monitoring across major search engines (Google, Bing etc.) as well as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal sister agencies (Carat, Vizeum, AMNET etc.) as well as clients, suppliers, and top management.
  • Keyword research & grouping, creative writing, testing and landing page optimization.
  • Working with Account Managers to ensure that:
    • Campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
    • Campaigns are set up and optimized correctly, according to the brief and best practice.
    • Campaigns are monitored daily and hit relevant targets
    • Creating reports and presentation decks accurately as well as to the highest level of quality and integrity
    • Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
    • Update budget sheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Basic understanding of advertising tools such as Power Editor, Ads Manager & Twitter Ads.
    • Optimizing paid search and social campaigns to achieve set KPIs and objectives.
    • Providing budget, target audience, and buying model recommendations to sister media agencies (Carat, Vizeum)
    • Developing post campaign analysis reports and providing analysis and optimization suggestions for clients
    • Coordinating with the client’s creative agency.

The minimum requirements for this position:

  • 1+ years of experience in paid search, paid social, SEM in-house or within a media agency. 
  • Proven PPC & social skills for optimization techniques and bid management.
  • A keen interest and understanding of trends in paid search and paid social within the MENA market & globally.
  • Experience with Paid Search Platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, DS3 as well as paid social (Twitter Ads, Facebook, etc.)
  • Google fundamentals, Analytics and Adwords certified
  • Ability to use MS Office Excel & PowerPoint effectively and efficiently.
  • Passionate about the dynamic digital industry and motivated to build a career in the media industry.
