The Account Director (AD) is responsible for leading a group of account teams and will report into the General Manager. This individual is an expert in their clients’ businesses and in digital marketing. Account directors have a thorough understanding of how to leverage the agency’s capabilities (strategy, data and insights and channel experts) to bring innovative marketing solutions to their clients. Their responsibilities include building and growing strong senior-level client relationships, providing strategic direction to the account teams, maintaining the financial health of their accounts, scoping projects and developing staff.
