Don’t have a marketing or mass communications degree? No problem! All you need is:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
  • A desire to learn and develop your knowledge of digital marketing communications
  • The ability to innovate, create and execute effectively
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Creative, writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to commit to a one year intensive “Pioneering Program” across various sub-functions
  • An interest or background in blogging, social media platforms, media, PR, research or related fields

Pioneers should be able to take a rigorous and creative approach to problem-solving, and function well in a ­flexible, loosely structured work environment. This involves being constantly curious and taking risks to succeed. We want driven, digitally-obsessed people who are excited by what we do.

Do you have what it takes to be an iProspect Pioneer?

Our Program:

Pioneers will be put on a rotation designed to provide a 360 approach to digital performance marketing. Each pioneer will have a senior mentor to support them, guide them and assess them throughout the iProspect Pioneering Program.

Over the course of 12 months, pioneers will rotate within iProspect and devote their time and skill set to 3 main sub-functions:

  • 4 months – Organic Search (SEO), Web Analytics & Content
  • 4 months – Paid Search/ PPC/ Digital Performance
  • 4 months – Paid Social & Social Media Management

Pioneers will have a quarterly review with HR & management to track progress, document learnings and discuss potential to be hired full time.

SEO / Content

The SEO/Organic Search division of iProspect focuses on the optimization of websites for better performance within search engines. They analyse website data and improve the users’ experience. This division also researches consumer demand for brand content and builds it to increase consumer relevancy.

Learning Objectives for Graduates:

  • Learn the technical workings of a website & search engines
  • Learn to optimize websites to increase visibility within search engines
  • Learn to track and reports on website performance
  • Learn to develop SEO friendly content to reach specific business goals
  • Learn the various software platforms and tools used within this function (Screaming Frog, SEO Moz, Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, SEO Suite, SEO Toolkit, and Majestic SEO)
  • Learn how to build reports and optimize search results through keywords

 

PPC / Paid Search 

At iProspect, we find new and intuitive ways to turn customers’ intent into action. With search marketing at our core and comprehensive digital expertise, we create award-winning and prosperity-driven online strategies for some of the world’s most innovative brands.

Learning Objectives for Graduates:

  • Achieve the Google Adwords certification
  • Learn how to apply and execute strategies in PPC
  • Learn to use bid management and tracking tools such as Google Adwords & Double Click among others
  • Exposure to iProspect’s bespoke PPC tool
  • Certificate of completion via assessment for each tool
  • Learn to implement performance management campaigns across all social platforms

Paid Social Media

Paid Social is so much more than simply promoting content. We build social strategies, develop social campaign ideas, optimize social activity and make sure that social media channels support brands’ commercial objectives.

Learning Objectives for Graduates:

  • Learn about each of the main social platforms
  • Learn to implement paid social activity
  • Learn to optimize & report on social activity
  • Learn how to target an audience effectively
  • Learn to provide development insights based on audience behavior
  • Complete iProspect University social modules & platform specific training
