Site Optimization Tag Development

A site optimization tag is HTML code that contains descriptive information about the content on a Web page. Site optimization tags include title tags, meta description tags, meta keyword tags, and image alt tags. These are most often used to communicate information to search engines so they can more accurately identify the subject of the page.

The two most important reasons for including site optimization tags on your Web pages is to have some control over how those pages are described within search engine listings, and to include additional occurrences of your targeted keywords within your Web page.

As part of iProspect’s search engine optimization strategy, we work with you to identify pages on your website to optimize and then identify relevant keyword targets for tag implementation. Subsequently, iProspect develops keyword-rich and search-friendly title tags, meta description tags, and meta keyword tags intended to entice search end users and maximize the click-through rate of your organic search listings. We also make recommendations for the implementation of alt tags and then write the tags for you.

For large, dynamically-generated websites, iProspect creates dynamic optimization templates, which allow for the optimization of large amounts of content where it would not be feasible to optimize manually.
