IPROSPECT RANKS #1 AMONG SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION FIRMS; EARNS THE ONLY A+ RATING IN INDUSTRY-WIDE STUDY

ARLINGTON, Mass., March 12, 2002 - Search engine optimization and positioning services firm iProspect® has ranked first in an industry-
wide study of best practices by SEOP firms, released this month.

The study, conducted by marketing publisher MarketingSherpa Inc., awarded iProspect an "A+" rating - the only "A+" awarded among 63 SEOP firms in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. MarketingSherpa based the ratings on a set of 14 best-practices criteria, more than six months of interviewing and research, and opinions from a group of 25,000 professional marketers.
